Has anybody thought any idea about how to add a new "layer" to the Radiant Citadel? To add more space for new adventures (for example a new demiplane being discovered). I like the idea of this place as the new rival city for Sigil. Maybe the faction war could to be continued here.

I’m putting it in ‘space’ (the Astral plane) and adding in all the Spelljammer content. Essentially it will be a settlement akin to the Rock of Bral in my universe. When I get round to actually creating that universe, of course!
