Can you post the character or just the core.
I think that maybe My imagination has gotten away from me. I'm looking through all my stuff and then it hits me. I'm insane and want to make a super monk. They tell people in AA that admittence is the first step so... on with the insanity!
Well, my 12th-level psi-warrior covers
most of what you want.
Some sort of ablity boost (think super sayian. i thought about a rage at first but need to find something that is compatible with monk)
My guy had the feat Trigger Power, used with the 2nd-level Power
Animal Affinity. It let him boost all of his abilities 1d4+1, often with little or no power point cost. But it takes time (1 round per boost) and lasts all day. Not quite the instant but short-lived Super-Saiyan boost, but close.
Far jumping (high and long)
My PC didn't go for this, but you can get the psionic feat Mental Leap, which doubles the results of any jump check. You can even take it multiple times, and the effects stack.
My guy did this. Pick up the psionic feat chain Speed of Thought, Psionic Charge, and Up the Walls.
Insane attacks per round with devistating amounts of damage! (well who doesn't want this!)
Can't help you here. You always have to give up something.

My guy only attacked twice with a full attack. But he was optimized for motion, so I usually only used a single attack and then Spring Attack'ed away.
Energy attacks (I don't need to do tons of damage. I can describe it however i want I just need to be able to do a ranged dmg attack)
Greater Concussion is a 3rd-level Power, and does 5d6 per hit. I think a DM could reasonably be pursuaded to add (or substitute) this onto your power list.
Another crippling thing for my character concept i don't want to use magic items. I want my character to be very focused on self perfection. Magic is a crutch for the weak. Psi is different, it's an inner power. From the description it goes well with the idea of the monk.
As I've shown you, most of the stuff you can do with a psychic warrior, save for the high number of attacks. However, if you were to multiclass a monk and psychic warrior, you could use flurry of blows, which would bump up your attack number, and there are a lot of psychic warrior powers geared towards strengthening unarmed attacks.
