I wondered do all the people who have ordered it have an existing copy in pdf or did new people jump on to support such a great product.

I don't have a copy in PDF (at least, i don't think I do...). I heard great things about the book from a few people, and it has been on my "to buy" list. I'd much rather have a physical book over a PDF, and a hardcover over a tradepaper. So now I get the best of all worlds!

In the end 50% of the orders were to people that owned the PDF and 50% were to new customers.

I saw the book proof on Thursday and other than being printed a little too dark (which is being fixed) it looked good.

A very depressing 8 copies. If I needed a sign it was time to find a new line of work I think I've now seen it.

I wouldn't exactly bank on the output of a last minute advertised book printing only advertised on a messageboard post and your website for such big determinations.

Not that I see RPG writing as the most lucrative of writing fields.
