Everyone should now immediately read the Zenith comics that were originally in 2000AD.
Spoilt superhero and Acid-house robot vs. Nyarlathotep worshipping Nazis from another dimension - or is it the past? Can't remember much, except that it was totally and utterly brilliant! Full of really well thought out plans, nasty villians and great superheroes.
The mathematician in me still smiles at the way Azathoth appears as a cloud of spheres since that is the only way his multidimensional wonderfulness can be percieved by our 3D processing brains. An extension of the old finger-in-flatworld = circle idea.
