Yep. I was worried about it and almost had it changed -- until I noticed the design of some of the Transformer toys I've got. He's actually about average compared to a lot of those.

I was just thinking that as that mecha ages and goes through maintenance the owners are going to find the hip to be a troublesome spot that needs repairs more frequently.

Course it brings up the idea of 13 Mecha Quirks...
