Spell Penetration
The "Spell Resistance: None" spells are there for a reason. Use them.

Improved Critical does have a small number of uses, so I'm not voting for it - yet. Namely, it stacks with bless weapon and you can't keen edge bludgeoning weapons or weaponlike spells.

Wulf, if you play an archer (As I recently did) you will find out how necesary precise shot is. As it is, there are only a few on the top of my list, and since I can only vote once...it still has to be

Two-Weapon Fighting!!!

I mean it doesnt sound like much, but in my experience, the -4 makes a big difference. But if it makes you feel better, I dont think it does enough and is on my list to axe. I just like to work with the top of the list first.

Improved Critical

I like Improved Critical, but since it doesn't stack with Keen, why would I waste a feat on something I could buy with gold?
Goodbye Improved Critical!

Improved Critical - I can always buy a higher crit range, at lower levels even, rather than waste multiple feats to pick up IC at 9th (as a fighter).

So on the one hand, it doesn't provide a real bonus, and is only useful to offset a situational modifier, and on the other hand, it's only useful to an extremely limited one-trick character archetype.

Flawless reasoning.
