Round 13 is Over

Two-weapon fighting.
It's really only good for building character concepts, IMHO.
Like a deranged dual-kukri-wielding gnome barbarian-ranger-rogue. Now that's some action...

IMPROVED CRITICAL

I voted for it last round, and I'll vote for it again. It just sucks now. Cast keen edge.

Next vote goes to TWF if it isn't gone this round.
My prediction for the ultimate winner is Rapid Shot.

Power Attack

I might not vote 3.0's Power Attack off the feat island because of its sheer elegance, but 3.5's power attack has been needlessly complicated for a starter feat.

wow u guys r completely nuts. two weapon fighting and improved crit are insanely good feats. how can these possibly be voted over in comparison to rapid shot? two weapon fighting is great for rogues n rangers... imp crit is great for warriors who would rather have extra to hit and dmg rather than a keen enchant.

precise shot is way useful, power attack is even better in 3.5 (even tho my DM makes us use 3.0 power attack...) but rapid shot isnt.
i say bye bye to

RAPID SHOT!

Rapid Shot stacks with haste, whirling frenzy, et al. Improved Crit is replaced by a cheap magic enhancement.

Improved Crit -- doesn't stack with keen, isn't useful vs plants/undead/constructs. Don't think I've forgotten about you, Spell Penetration -- your time is coming.

Weapon Finesse, c'mon! Gut it out! You don't need this, if your going into combat rely on the strength of your sinews, flesh and bone, don't dance around!
