Round 8 is OVER!

Alright, we already got rid of perfectly valid metamagic feats like enlarge and widen (true, they sounds like some unsollicited email), but the World's Suckiest Metamagic Feat, Maximize Spell, is still there. May my vote here brings cosmic balance by helping its immediate and definitive elimination. Amen.

The high-level fighter feats is probably the most generally interesting one. But I'll pick the Primal Feat one -- that way, if I'm chosen today, you'll say 90 cents! It's at $1.60 today, but at $2.50 usually. How's that for a bribe? :D

Improved Turning

I've never found turn undead to be all that useful, since undead regularly have significantly more HD than CR, and one piddly extra level for turning isn't going to salvage the ability. Besides, the standard boost for a feat for a class ability is +2 levels or so, with occasional +3s. (As long as it isn't a huge ability, like spellcasting, sneak attack, or BAB.) I mean, even Extra Turning gives you +8 Charisma for determining how many turns/day you get, and it's the subpar Dodge-type feat to get into the divine feats!

Also, I don't like clerics. :p

My pdf choice is the Spelltouched Feats. That's an idea I could use more of.

The third feat in a chain of weak feats, and it's countered simply by readying an action.

Time for it to go.



As for the PDF, I'm not that picky. Anything that covers martial or tactical feats would be interesting.

Also Improved Trip is awesome, Fru. You forgot that it gives you +4 to the trip *and* a free attack on them if the trip succeeds. That is an awesome bonus for any tripper!

PDF: I don't really know any feat PDFs. The only ones of which I keep good track are Malhavoc PDFs (which don't have any feat PDFs I remember) and the ENPublishing PDFs (every last one of which I already own).
 


Power Attack: For the past two rounds I have voted against this sucker - even last round when I knew it had immunity cos I KNOW that there are better feats out there.

I have been eyeing off Theives Quarter at RPGNow for the fast few weeks. Why? Because I am working up an all Rogue Character Campaign - everyone must take at least 50% of their class levels as rogues. Hopefully it has a feat or two in it so I can justify buying it with the prize money.

That's four votes for Power Attack ... one to go!

Are you absolutely *sure* that 5 votes is still enough to kill Power Attack? I ask because you may convince people to stop voting after 5, and then it might stay.

Now there is an evil plan to save power attack - tell everyone you don't need to vote anymore. Lets say I am pretty sure based on previous rounds, but if Spunkrat would like to step in & confirm it then this would be a good thing.

I'll tell you what - lets everyone vote against power attack just to make sure the sucker is REALLY dead.
