Yeah, H2 is worth getting for setting material. The only reason to get H3 and H4 is if you want to run such a high level game. H1 is cool too, especially if your interested in some mass battles. But if I remember correctly there is very little setting info in H1, 3, and 4. In fact you may just want to hunt down the Bloodstone Lands book done up for the FR setting.
