Maybe, Maybe not. There are a couple of surprise rounds to come before the end.

A surprise like DODGE [GENERAL] somehow managing to dodge it's previous elimination and using mobility springing back to the attack on Power Attack and Improved Initiative?

Glad to hear someone's using it - I just haven't ever seen a character use bluff to feint, let alone a player chose Improved Feint for their character - suggesting that it might be an uncommon feat choice (and I think the uncommon, little remembered feats have some chance of winning, since some of them may make it through to the final rounds simply out of oversight)...

my very first 3.x character was a Fighter Rogue who did just this. Of course we had to invent the feat to make fient useful at the tame, but it worked out really well.

Why's that? I've found, as both player and DM, that adding mooks to an encounter can really make it tougher. (Just one aspect is how much a crowded battlefield restricts tactical movement.) Being able to clear out mooks is extremely handy.

Seriously, Two-Weapon Defense should go before Improved Shield Bash. Improved Shield Bash with a spiked small shield gives you that +1 shield bonus to AC, and it can be enhanced.
Extra Turning, Improved Turning - generally only used by one character class against one type of monsters, if your character hasn't managed to turn it by the time he runs out of base turn attempts, likely neither feat will help much, and at high levels, mass heal is probably a better option.

Create feats have to go. So I chose the one with the most pornographic conotations.

BLIND-FIGHT [GENERAL]
Could be usefull in limited situations, but there are better things to do with them.
