[RPG] Magic items for Sale

Is it possible to sell/transfer an item that has an enchantment, without losing the enchantment? I've got some low-end enchanted items, but I'm hurting for cash (having donated enough to get a decent high-end enchanted item...).

I've got the following items I hope to sell off:

Knuckledusters of Angel's Honor (+2 STR / +25MP, +30 DEF), normal cost is about 1205

Open Helm of Cat's Grace (-10MP, +5 DEF / +25 DEF), normal cost is about 550

Bearskin Cloak of Bull's Strength (+2 DEF / +25 STR), normal cost is about 505

Iron Greaves of Angel's Might (+2 STR, +3 DEF / +25 STR, +30 DEF), normal cost is about 1250

That's about 3500gp worth of stuff, the enchantment alone is 3400gp.

If it's possible to sell 'em, I'd gladly take offers...

If no nibbles, I'll be donating them to one of my clan's newbies, if they're still playing. :)

Also, how does the auctions work? Do you just create an item through the pull-down menus, and that's what you're selling off?

Got bored, donated them to Thalmin (Tookell).

Now, if there was just a way to contact him, to let him know he has the stuff in his inventory. :)

Anyone know him, and can email him?

I know, but he's losing to the Kobold (or, at least, getting beat up...), at level 4.

With the stuff I gave him, he'd get: +52 STR, +95 DEF, and +15MP.

That'd add about 50% to his physical stats, and allow him a good chance at the Orc...

Yahoo!

I beat the Balrog!

Only took a Rage and a Horrid Wilting, along with 5 Giant's Strength and 3 (mumble-mumble, the +100 DEF enchantments) and two Heal potions...

Now, just to reheal...

Let's turn this thread in an auction thread, since the auction feature doesn't work.

So: Defending Banded Mail. 85 points of good solid defense, no drawbacks, starting from the low low price of 620 gold.

Auction closes after 12 hours with no new bids. Delivery after payment. I take no responsibility for system bugs. :)

No luck, eh?

Yeah, I had the same problem. Just give it to a newbie, and move on.

Think about poor me. I'm at 54000gp, and soon I'll have my first Diamond enchantment. Now, either I give away something that I've spent probably 9000 on (about 20 fights with a Dragon, or 15 fights with the Death Knight), or I throw away the enchantment (wasting 8000, to no gain)...

Fun, fun, fun. Especially since I expect to go through my whole list of equipment, and upgrade all my enchantments to Diamond (about a +300 to STR, a +600 to DEF (replacing Unicorn with Wyvern, gives a +100 to DEF), and a +800 to MP).

Now, if only there were something to give HP. :)

I just want a simple war horse with Angel X on it......anybody getting rid of one of those?

How bout an angel anything? You givin, I am taking. :)

Well, there is .. levels! :) And to get you 8 diamonds, trust you'll get plenty of those. And let's not forget that each level also improves your Str and Def too.

I didn't have much expectations. There aren't enough players to create an economy, even with auctions, and even less that check this thread. Maybe if the auction feature worked correctly, it could help. I'll eventually donate the item to a random newbie unless someone makes an offer.
