RPG.NET down?

I haven't been able to get into RPG.NET for two days. Although, admittedly, I only try twice a day. Is the site waffled?

I was there throughout today and yesterday. At about 5:30 PM today CST, I was navigating from a thread to the main page when I lost connection. So nothing happened until that time, but now its down.

Didn't have any problems earlier today, or yesterday, as some above have mentioned...?

Incidentally, updates on the status of the RPGnet (and Xenagia) servers are posted at Skotos Tech Servers Status.

Servers are like kids: The moment you answer the phone, they want to have your attention. This server demanded a database sanity check and is getting one now. No ETA at the moment.

So if you ever wonder if there's a known reason why you can't get at RPGnet, have a look at that page and sometimes you'll discover an ETA or some updates on whatever the problem is.
