I didn't see these yet, and they are some of the best
8-bit Theatre - Final Fantasy based
Phil Foglio's Girl Genius - Steampunkish, absolutely awesome.

I second: Errant Story, Nodwick/Full Frontal Nerdity, Shlock Mercenary, OOtS, Goblins, Spells and Whistles and Yamara as awesome gaming comics. Shlock isn't really gaming, but whatever. S&W has been updating until about a week ago, and I expect it to pick back up soon. Elf Only Inn was great, but hasn't updated in a year or something.

At the risk of seeming self-serving ;) I'll drop a plug here for NeverNever, which is not a gaming comic per se but is a fantasy comic.

Written by yours truly, with art by Susan Rankin, NeverNever tells the story of the faeries at war with humanity, and of the humans who just don't notice. It also includes gnomes, dragons, a very cute pooka, and Arthurian-whimsy-meets-Dilbert-incompetence.

Check it out! I suspect you'll like it. :)

If I may plug my own efforst, some friends and I am working on a new webcomic that's going for a bit of an old-school AD&D feel:

http://worldoforenda.com/

Nodwick, Order of Stick and Goblins are all great web comics. Not that I am in any way ranking my efforts up there. Not yet, anyway :D
