Darrin Drader Designs has released a work-in-progress version of their new Project Phoenix RPG for FREE download.

This is a currently incomplete version of an open source game intended to provide a candidate for a new standard for Open Gaming. It is being released here to solicit interest and feedback. However, given that this is being released under the least restrictive Creative Commons License, we are not opposed to anyone taking this and running with it in their own direction as it stands. We will be licensing this under Paizo's new open license (ORC) once that becomes available.
