Story - The Mystery of Darkholme
The Kingdom of Solas emerged victorious from a 23- year-long war and has now turned its attention to internal affairs that were previously neglected. As in previous years, a month before the new year, baseless missing person reports started coming in from Darkholme, the jewel of the Kingdom of Solas. Due to the war, the empire had been unable to conduct a thorough investigation before, so it now tasks the Lunas organization with handling this matter.
As the smoke from his gun cleared David looked across the battlefield. The men in his regiment had all fired in near-perfect unison as they had been trained by their sergeant. Across the field of fire lay scores of dead enemy knights. Some had been blasted apart, while others had been buried under their horses. Some were still screaming in pain.
"AFFIX BAYONETS!" - the order came. It was time to finish this. It was time for the era of the knights to end and show the world that the Black Powder Rebellion had begun.

Black Powder Rebellion aims to provide you with weapons from the era of gunpowder for the Pathfinder Second Edition Roleplaying Game. This builds and expands on the ideas initially provided in the Guns & Gear playtest, but has been expanded far beyond what was provided there.

Special Note: This book contains 2 versions of the firearms contained within. One is directly derived from the Pathfinder Second Edition rules and reflects those. A second set of rules are contained within as well, where firearms are generally more deadly, and closer to how they would perform in the real world.
