I talked to Ian Richards about it. He is looking into the refunds, but it involves two companies comparing notes, which can take more than a couple of days.

I recieved an email monday afternoon that I was owed a refuned and that he was looking into it.
It came frm Ian.

I sure hope so - it is October and I have heard nada. Anyone else receive any help? I really think we have been very patient.

Did other folks receive refunds yet?

There's discussion of this subject on the RPGA list right now, and no one has gotten their refund. Logically, everyone is ripped about it.

Please email Ian Richards, head of the RPGA. Be polite if you can; he thought things were taken care of, I think, so it'd be great if you could provide him with enough information to solve the problem. His email is ian.richards@wizards.com.
