There's discussion of this subject on the RPGA list right now, and no one has gotten their refund. Logically, everyone is ripped about it.
Please email Ian Richards, head of the RPGA. Be polite if you can; he thought things were taken care of, I think, so it'd be great if you could provide him with enough information to solve the problem. His email is
ian.richards@wizards.com.
Thanks Piratecat. All I can say is about it is...what Piratecat said. Sorry I can't do more, but it's not really my side of the RPGA. Ian does know about the problem (I brought up these posts in conversation today) and that he is actively working on a solution.
For those of you who GMed three or more slots of Legacy of the Green Regent, I an happy to report that your Harbinger miniatures went out today. You should be getting them real soon. Sorry about the hold up...these things are just darn popular, and because sales were so good, the RPGA shipment was a little late.
For those of you who are having problem with your Legacy of the Green Regent character tracking, we are aware of the problems, and are working on solutions. Out database people are pretty confident that they know what is causing the problems and are implementing the fixes in the next week. If you find that you still have issues, e-mail them to
rpgahq@wizards.com. Use the subject head “RPGA – Green Regent Discrepancy” The good folks at Wizards of the Coast customer service who are at the end of the e-mail will make sure the problem goes to the right person.
And just to be complete with some RPGA news, we have just uploaded two new core adventures for the Living Greyhawk campaign (COR3-15 Nine Lives and COR3-16 Lerara), a new adventure for Living Force (LFA313 Night’s Promise), started sanctioning Dungeon Magazine adventures for home play (starting with Dragon #104’s Dragon Hunters and Demonskar Legacy), and will have a new Legacy of the Green Regent and a couple of new Living Kingdoms of Kalamar adventures up shortly.
All that, and I have the sneaking suspicion the third set of Campaign Cards will start showing up at peoples door shortly.
