GURPS has a number of foreign editions including Braille and on voice recording.

Well, actually hebrew got a nice bag of D&D -
We had OD&D 4th & 5th version
AD&D 2nd
D&D 3rd is now translated
A few original D20 products (one by yours truly, soon to be published)
Earthdawn translation
Shadowrun translation.
Out of those you can still buy D&D 3rd+D20, earthdawn and shadowrun.

While it has been mentioned that Shadowrun got translated into languages including German, if my memory serves, back in 2nd Edition there were some sourcebooks that were written only in German. Maybe someone else here can confirm that (or deny it, I could be wrong ) but that to me seems more uncommon than translations.

Or I'm just delusional.

Braille and voice recording are editions in different media, not editions in different languages. (Well, of course, they may be both.)
