He could be in the elementary school how thoroughly did Juggler investigate that? Or He could be up here in this complex(3). Does anyone have any suggestions of where we should start looking?"

The Resolutes head out of Showalter and down the street towards the art complex. Passing the elementary school, a cursory glance through the windows shows small children working on various projects-no sign of the Minister or his guards.

The art buildings show no sign of occupation, either by the Minister's guards or student hostages.
