Zenji's challenge rings through the silent building, unanwsered.

"Looks like ve'll haff to find him zhe old fashioned vay," Archeville says as he takes a few slow steps down the hall. Hiis head constantly turns to and fro, seeking any sign that would indicate where the Minister might be holed up.

Walking from the entryway, the Resolutes enters the living room. There is a rather nice couch, fireplace and television in the room. The hallway continues past the room, where Dr. Archville and Zenji can hear the recognized sound of someone typing away on a computer. Before the trio can take another step Dr. Archeville and Zenji feel a presence inside their minds, reading their thoughts. After a moment the sensation ends, leaving both heros with a minor headache.

"It was weird, like my head was a magazine and someone was flipping through it, looking for a particular article..." Zenji looks around and shrugs.

[sblock=ooc]I didn't think of it until just now, but for future reference my cowl has a rank 10 mind shield, so my will save for mental effects is capped at +15 (+1 ability, +8 base, +10 power), and I automatically succeed on Will saves against any mental effect with a save DC modifier less than 10.[/sblock]
