Gus accepts the disk and, after a moment, figures out how to affix it to his uniform. When everyone else is ready, he's ready to go.

Kitsune holds out her lamp staff towards Mecha, the head of the staff glows yellow and a simularly colored aura surrounds the spirit-talker. A moment later Mecha is gone and instead is a sixteen year old japanese girl in a gray high school uniform.

Next the fox masked super produces a teapot, quickly adding various herbs and liquids. She puts her hands together in prayer and then pours a cup, which she hands to Scout "Drink" she 'says' "And you understand."

Scout nods her thanks to the fox masked super as she takes the tea. She quietly drinks the tea and then affixes the small ying-yang disc to her belt in the small of her back.

After she finishes the tea she sits and listens to the speech on the television, then carefully turns to face Kitsune and says <<Thank you>>

<<The public plans are like any other office building, but we have deep, unproven, suspicions that the building does not follow the plans exactly. It will take time to acquire the public plans. Forgive me, but what do you intend to search for?>>

<<I don't know enough to search for any particular thing at this stage. First we must obtain more information, and that is easiest done through reconnaisance and scouting. Maps would help in this, as would being able to evaluate the fears of this Ichitawa and his people. For the later we would simply need to get close to them which can be done whilst scouting.>>

Scout turns to face Gus, reverting to english as she speaks "How close do you need to be to sense a persons fears? Can you do it through walls?"
