She can't go back in time and decide to pay attention, she can just know a fairly high amount about all knowledge (+15 isn't shabby, but true expert PCs are going to beat her in most fields except Arcane Lore if they max out ranks and have an Int bonus) and then see things going on if she decides to do so.
It's an interesting idea, but I've imposed a lot of limits on Sierra, and I want to keep them there to make it easier for her to fit well in adventures and enhance the fun (like she did when teleporting everyone right to Tokyo so we could start playing) rather than decrease it (claiming to know everything past present and future and demanding the answer as to what was causing the tokyo problem, for instance).
It's ironic, really--Sierra could know about the other Resolutes if she had bothered to read their dossiers in the database or to spy on them, but she just was never interested enough to bother.[/SBLOCK]
