let the one remaining one get a warning and see if he can rescue them. I mean clerics have access to so many spells if he prepares properly he may succeed. if not Oh dear, no rogue to use escape artist skill? if he fails re roll chrs but make sure the evil gys use all the magic items that the original chrs had etc.
Or have the cleric round up the new chrs to help rescue the original party but unfortuantly by that time they have all been eaten. this allows the campagin to continue gives a little continuity for the players without them having to role play not knowing anything about the background that has been built up as the original cleric can fill them in. which may be problem for them.
