*When a Bloodrager rolls a "20" on an attack roll he can choose to drop his current weapon and tear a limb from an opponent with a Str check DC 10 + Victim's Con, if the check succeeds, the Bloodrager is now armed with a brand new limb and the enemy starts losing 10 hp per round until a Heal check DC 25 or a Cure spell is applied.

"tear range +1" would make that 19-20
"tear range +2" would make that 18-20 ;)
 

Ah....a topic after my heart :)

Tad Williams writes some of my favourite scenes of people being used as weapons.....in either Stone of Farewell or Green Angel Tower, when the Sithi arrive to help recapture Josua's castle, there's a scene where one of the giants grabs an infantryman, and uses him as a club against his buddies.

I did something similar in the series of Dungeon adventures taking place in and around Istivin in Greyhawk. My resolution was simply to inflict a -4 nonproficient penalty, then have the character inflict damage as a club. In this case, the giant started whacking the character against the side of a stone tower, holding him by the legs.

In order to grab the character the giant had to make a successful grapple check, and get it all the way to a pin.

I'm not sure if a body should do more than a club...it's bigger, but it's also somewhat soft in comparison to a thick wooden stick.

I remember that one of the weapons from the Planescape: Torment CRPG was a severed arm that used to belong to the Nameless One, in one of his previous incarnations. It was treated as a club, but then again that game had a lot of body parts as magical items.
 

Using an improvised weapon is a -4 penalty to hit (depending on the circumstances, you may or may not wish to stack this with the nonproficiency penalty). Other than that, base it on weight. A good rule of thumb recommended by the DMG (or maybe it was the PH) for improvised weapons is 1d6 per 25 lbs. If the weapon itself put him over a light load, however, I would house rule it as a standard action. So making a full attack with a 200 lbs. corpse would be fairly difficult without an obscenely high Strength.
 

Found a rule for it....sort of...

In the superhero RPG Deeds Not Words they mention doing something like this...

Human Body: May be swung as a bludgeon or ram by anyone with a Strength score of 16 or higher. Anyone who’s a sick bastard, that is.

The stats for it is 1d6 subdual damage and crits on 20. It is assuming it is a unarmored body weighing in around 150 lbs. Also it is an improvised weapon. I would house rule if the corpse is wearing heavy metal armor, the damage is 1d6 normal. Bodies are soft, squishy and pliable

I use this as a basis to go on for my players who have a habit of picking up a corpse as a impromptu club...such as that orc. Doesn't orc in barbarian mean "club"?

Green Ronin's Book of the Righteous has a prestige class that had rules for this sort of behavior. The PrC is actually available for free as a download from GR's site. You could easily adapt the Bloody Murder class ability into a feat.

I've seen a "creature-as-club" feat in Beyond Monks from Goodman Games as well.
 


Sounds to me like it would be a good PrC. Base the class around the idea of tearing off limbs and thwacking people with them. Make it easy for barbarians to take. Call it the "gruesome barbarian" or "disarming barbarian" or something like that. ;)

Edit: You know, there's probably the potential for a fear effect in there. I know seeing someone tear my comrade's arm off would make me pee my pants.
