Running a caravan

I saw pathfinders caravan rules and want to incorporate something similar into my current Fallout: London game I'm running. Are there any expansions, rulesets, etc that deal with things like this? In any system, I should add.

The only thing I've seen that I can recall off the top of my head is Steve Jackson Games' Caravan to Ein Arris, which is essentially a series of encounters and events tied together by the titular caravan. It's free -- here's the latest version, for GURPS 4th Edition.
