I like the Airships book, and use it in my FR campaign as well.

As others have mentioned, Halruaa (and Nimbral) have had airships for years. I've found no need to change the setting (though admittedly, I do keep the number of airships quite rare).

That was kinda the idea :)

The Halruaan airships in Magic of Faerun aren't bad, but they're far too expensive and inefficient for the kind of campaign I want to run, plus, the Airships rules are so sexy.
