[S&F] Knockdown + Improved Trip

Hello all,

The Knockdown feat (from S&F) gives the following benefit:

Whenever you deal 10 points of damage or more, you may immediately (as a free action) make a trip attempt.

My question is, if that Trip attempt succeeds, does it entitle you to make another immediate attack on the now-prone opponent (as Improved Trip is a pre-requisite for Knockdown)?
