Hmmm, I never worried much about Harm as in my game all the inflict wounds spells channel negative energy, and thus their use is inherently evil.

No good PC could even ask it of their god!

Ay, but there's the rub. Doesn't Pelor grant the Destruction domain? If they'd just give Harm an evil descriptor, they wouldn't have to monkey with it.
