Harm will be so nerfed that you could safely cast it on a toddler JUST TO TICKLE HIM!!

Actually, Harm IS pretty safe to cast on a toddler, if you consider that most people are about 1HD, then a toddler can't have more than 1-2 HP (probably only 1 after mods for the con) and thus is essentially immune to the spell.

I'm glad to hear that you've joined the forces of S.H.I.N.Y. to keep Harm the way it is Doc.

Hmmm, I never worried much about Harm as in my game all the inflict wounds spells channel negative energy, and thus their use is inherently evil.

No good PC could even ask it of their god!

Huh! Well will you look at that. Good call. I might just YOINK that.

Of course, it doesn't really address the problem of Harm being the genocidal agent that kills off the entire species of dragonkind-- or, in your case, good dragonkind.
