im about to bring in a sorcerer to our 3.5 campaign whos going to be a blood mage from the Bastion press: spells and magic book. our dm allows 3rd party material that has been ok'd so im also using a few feats from the AEG: feats book. the feat from that book empowered blood lets me increase the DC of my spells by 2 for every 3 damage i do to myself(up to a max of my con modifier, which currently is +4 due to the draconic heratage feat. so +8 to the DC). and the feat channel energy lets me take ability damage from int, wisdom, or constitution to increase the DC by 1 for each point i take (this is usable once per week, and has the posibility of another +8 to DC and leaving my crippled) i know this is kind of munchkiny but the fact that im probably not going to live very long cause ill end up killing myself. but it should be fun to roleplay and see what happens.
the character concept i had was the classic blood mage, taking damage and messing himself up to mess you up even worse. and i was looking for some save or die spells of different levels if i wanted to take these feats. im starting at lv 9 so i wanted to get spells from lv 1-6 that would be save or dies for boss battles.
