It's not Californians that do it, it's Californian CARNIES. But I do admit Californians do have a strange fondness for creating "fusion foods."That was a lot of fried foods. Does California fry everything? At our fairs we have fried dough, potatoes, onions and the typical beef and sausage stuff.
