Saving Pelagia!

SHARK

First Post
Greetings!

Pelagia must be saved from mediocrity!:) A player character--Bahiyya Melanthe--has several new cohorts and followers. Pelagia is one of Bahiyya's followers. Bahiyya is interested in creating some magic items to help her followers. What kind of items would you create for such a follower? Bahiyya is a lvl 14 Wizard, and has knows most of the Item Creation feats. I appreciate your thoughts!

Nice.

My hat's off to you man. That's one hell of an NPC.

I'd give her a broom of flying with red and green ribbons trailing off the back of it. And a rope of entanglement that smells too strongly of stale tobacco and cheap perfume.

Thanks Hazel Monday.:) I'm glad you like her! Nice details on the Rope of Entanglement, too. Cool stuff.

She needs a symbiont, in the form of a hairy mole with a face. The addition of some of those drow spectacles with pink lenses might also help call attention to those lazy eyes of your fair lass, there.

I'm thinking your girl may have a touch of hag's blood in her. Perhaps use the hag bloodline from UA. Otherwise, give her max HP to start, a blueish complexion, and call her mother an annis.

She needs a chihuahua named "Baby", which is actually a pit bull/stench kow hybrid.

She can also cook up one bodacious turgooduccochiqua... or perhaps she has one as a familiar. Such knowledge has gifted her with the ability to prepare the delicacy kogorchobugtro: a kobold stuffed inside a goblin inside an orc inside a hobgoblin inside a bugbear inside a troll.

And despite it all she has a lovely, if untrained, singing voice.

My only question: how did she get ten ranks in Profession: Courtesan?

Greetings!

Wizard apprenticeships--and low-level wizards don't really have much wealth, and it can be challenging to make ends meet for food, rent, and gate-taxes!

A poor, struggling girl making her way as a wizard has to make ends meet somehow!;)

Yeah, but... how did she make any money at it? I mean, did she actually have clients? It seems like she'd have to pay her clients to take her on rather than the other way around.
