saw 'I, Robot'; realized I am a dork

So as I was watching the finale of 'I, Robot' the other night,
I'm thinking to myself, Man, those NS-5's sure are failing a lot of Balance checks.

Wait. You're saying I was a dork before thinking that? D'oh!

But seriously -- go see this movie. It's loads of fun, even if it has little to do with Asimov's story.

You think you're a dork? When I went to see the movie, I counted the number of times the word "robot" or some form of the word appeared.

(I've always thought the word sounded funny for some reason...yes, I know, I have issues.)

So in a 108 minute movie, how many times do you think that some form of the word appeared?

I'll put it in spoiler text...so I don't ruin the suprise... ;)

139...yup. See, now don't you feel better knowing that I am a bigger dork? I thought so...

Robot...hehehe. Gotta love that word.

Of course, it'd be easy to make the argument that it's loads of fun because it has little to do with Asimov's story. But I've already hashed out that argument in another thread... :]

LOL! You dork! :p

For some reason, my father insists upon pronouncing the word "ro-but". This makes me really exasperated.

Father: So, what did you think of the movie "I, Ro-but"?
Me: Aargh! It's spelled R-O-B-O-T. Two O's! Zero U's! Robot!
Father: You mean ro-but?
Me: Stop it! You sound like Beavis.
Father: Who's that?
Me: Never mind.
