In the mods' experience, stickied threads only serve to get ignored. An occasional bump is probably better to keep it in the public mindset (no more than once or twice a day, mind you).

For what it's worth, as of about a week and a half ago Paizo had ad space left in the last issues of both Dungeon and Dragon.
