Moving at 2 miles per round, you wouldn't be looking at it long.
Let us see... At around 25 miles from the coast of California, then, it would take Catalina Tarrasque around 12-13 rounds to stomp on to the nearest beach on the mainland. That's about a 1.5 minutes, not a lot of time to evacuate, so anyone living near the beach is going to be in bad shape. Not to mention the amount of wave action generated by the beast just standing up and walking through the Pacific to get to dry land...
