Spell wise, R&R3 should cover a good bit since I believe it will do the same as R&R2 and cover as much spells that have been put in since R&R2.

Feats...can't really help that much other than point out where some are.

Crothy, if you're looking for a good list there's Divine and Defeated, R&R1 and R&R2. That plus the PG: Clerics and Druids have a few I believe.

Well, we also thought forsaken elves were cool idea, which is now wasted. Besides, I don't get it how happy-happy-joy suddely every elf get rid of that curse, return of god that way didn't seem to me that everyone suddely get their believe back, or rejoin power they perhaps traded for someone else.

Besides, after actually reading the books few times, I see the 'good ending' kind of afterthought. I'd have preferred Jandaveos restored as neutral evil being, corrupted undead being, or been destroyed as someone else absorbed his divane energies to become a new god.. and not a nice one.

Those kind of things create more interesting challeges and they change world to become place where heroes, even bad ones, are needed. Instead of their need being lessened. My receipe for succesful game story is, that each success must be replaced by new threat.

Well, no matter, scarn is great world for breaking up more stuff, and for resurrecting the old baddies, without having to invent my own. We did anyway... but don't we all.

Is there ever going to be material about Albadia and Darakeene,
our games use those lands a lot. Or did french people have them all? ;)

Oh, and please remain somebody writing this stuff, that Enkili has storm aspect too, not just luck/unluck and not plah... Madriel. ;)
Zelda,

I can understand your feelings regarding the forsaken elves. I still like to keep the forsaken but on the other hand I might not for some games and some times I might in others. It will depend on my mood.

If I had a penny for each time I was asked this question, I'd probably be able to afford some more RPG stuff. :p I don't know for certain but probably yes on Darakenee. No idea for Albadia, but maybe.

I can't remind ANYONE about that Zelda. My juice is only so good. But we'll see.

On a serious note: what are the non-obvious implications of the "magic generates heat" thing, and what kind of interesting effects has it had on specific games?

in my SL game it was just 1 more thing chalked up to the toto we are a long way from home file. from those players who started the game in the forgotten realms

Druid spell I cant seem to locate

Hey Nightfall,
I read a spell in 1 of the many SL books and suppliments that i cant seem to locate now - i thought it was called embrace of the mother or somthing but it allowed the druid in a natural setting to sleep and be swallowed up by the earth along will possible companions who would awake healed and ready to start off the day. any idea where i can find it again?

San my scribe,

Arms of the Mother, 3rd level spell. Divine and the Defeated. Page 218. R&R2 also has it listed. 3rd level Druid spell. There's a similar spell in Magic of Faerun as well. Obviously I like the SL version better.

Thanks for aswers Nightfall.

Oh, and thanks for the prestige class list too.
That kind of list with short describtions about classes and index of what books/pagenumber they con be found would be great.

Same for feats (but just with names), which would take a bit more work.

If anyone has time and energy to do such work, that is.

Maybe some time this week when I have the time. You'll have to wait and see. But I will post the page numbers on the Pr-class list and descriptions probably later on today.

Not entirely Joe. I admit Otossel and Sethris are getting more print, but I don't believe there's more being added demi-god wise. At least I hope not.

Is there a source in particular you're looking at or just a couple of ones?

I hope so too. There aren't many things that would make me give up buying scarred land book, if quality stays about this level, but this would be one of them.

I rather see them inventing new place where same gods *might* be known with different names, and perhaps with slightly altered domains. I wouldn't really mind about having mention of some demi-god that used to exist. Well, as long as they don't go recurrecting that one in their next offical meta-plot.

And I hope they use more original ideas, what comes to Asharak (or whatever that continent was named).

We little personal thing I'd like to see in Scarn, is to keep it so, that one can't tell if dragon is good/evil just by of it's color/metallic-hint.

What you think about that Nightfall?
