Glad I could be of assistance Twofalls. I'd like to think my Sage stripes still mean something. 
If you require more assistance (such as races that are not core, classes beyond the core, and/or other things) let me know. I can certainly figure out, if you deem it necessary, any of these things. Heck if they want to play a warforged, it's entirely possible. (Course I myself prefer Ironborn myself.)

Time Flow.
Well, the Great Nightfall is still around. Good...may I pluck your brain for a errata of sorts. What is the true correct time of passge, after the Divine War. The true length that is asked. Not the calendar reset that is offered.
For example, if playing a High Elf born in the aftermath of the final battle of the great and terrible war, and was cursed *for another story*. To the present time. How old would that Forsaken elf be?

As for the TRUE passage of time, who can say? I mean if you are affected by a chronomacy spell, and indeed the entire planet was, who can say with 100% accuracy that 100 years DIDN'T pass. My point is, you're as old as you want to be. Though I will pre-cursor that with the fact forsaken elves have a tendacy to age more rapidly due to divine and titanspawn influences. If that is unhelpful, talk to the titans and the gods. I certainly didn't want to mess around with time.

Simple:
Physically you look more pale and withdrawl along with a haute of arrogance mixed with despair. Your hair looks dull and liveless, you often reek of dead things, or at least disease. Your eyes become black with white pupils, some times violet. (the irises not the pupils). You look emanicated and even more pansy frail than most elves. You possess keen wisdom and intelligence but are frail and physically weak (+2 Int and Wis, -2 Str and Con). Mostly you look like someone put you in a bad spot to die of a wasting disease.
Everything else is standard high elf.
