I'll stick with my own karma and my own dice, I always thought it was funny how superstitious gamers are with karma and their dice. one of my players has a really cool blue one that he won't trade. (so far I have consistantly outrolled him on the one I offered) also he switches which one he rollls a lot, every time he rools garbage I tell him he should roll some other one. he rolls that later and it rolls well. Last game he must have asked my half a dozen times which he should roll and every one I picked rolled well the time he picked it. got some wierd looks from him and the other players.

I will agree there San. I probably roll better (in some cases) using my own dice than I do Golem. But not always. In any case I will admit to missing the tactile feel of the dice just before I toss them.

Well that, treasure, being able to say "I can cast delayed blast fireball!" or "I got a holy avenger!" or even just "I have more money than God!" Stuff like that helps too.

Well I'm sure that Varl does. He's already acculmated a small fortune by himself, thanks to killing Thuk the Grim and the treasure hoard I left. That plus the masterwork weapons and armor wielded by some of the minions they faced paid off.
