[Scarred Lands] The Revised Creature Collection?

I do not hope history repeats too much.
CC1 was also famous for its bogus rules and bad pics. :(

Wow. That little cryptic utterance of mine completely spun around and bit me on the ass, huh?

Teach me to go all riddlemaster on too much wakefulness, I suppose.

Black: *points at Druid* Ask him. I'm just the Sage. ;)

Btw Druid be cryptic. It's a sign of great wisdom if you ask me. Keeps them guessing. Like you always seem to do to me. And don't mind Gez too much. He just prefer not to spend money if he doesn't have to. Much like any sane person does.

Even with its bad art and errors I've still found CC more useful than CC2, the monsters just seem more interesting for some reason.

See, told all of you so, I was right. Darn, why couldn't I be wrong about the time for it to come out????? I'm wrong in so many other ways, but not this. This bites.

Oh well, when is CC3 coming out? This is directed to any who knows.

CC revised is more than a simple set of erratta. In a number of cases monsters are being converted into templates, and their is a decent amount of completly new material. In the cases where the monsters are just being revised that can still mean a complete rewritting of the monster. I think Joe once commented that the Eratta for CC would take up a good 50 pages. That is way too much work to just release on the internet.

I had the same feeling. I think the reason is probably because CC2 is more Scarn-specific.

However, I still don't regret owning both. There things I'll use in each -- spider-eye goblins, narleths, unhallowed, savant hydra, hags (including dark wombs, which I find better than the deepspawn) & haglings, grotesques & co., and the various fiends; all have found or will find a place IMC.
