David Zucker and Kevin Smith! Awesome! The Wayans brothers are hilarious, but the Zucker brothers basically invented the specific genre of comedy that these films fall into.

I loved the first movie. The second one was a big steaming pile of poo.

His stuff is hilarious and he has proven he can write a movie (not to mention a comic book) with some emotional punch as well (see Chasing Amy). Not everyone's cup of tea, of course.

I liked both Scary Movies, though the first was the best to date. I'm going to miss the Wayans brothers involvement, they are some funny guys.

I actually liked the second one better. It was easier to follow and not just concentrated on the gags. The opening exorcist spoof alone made it better.

I wonder if they'll keep the pot-jokes and the other jokes in there that the Wayans' bros. brought into it (esp. what Shorty did ).
