Scattering Swing or Anvil of Doom?

My hammer fighter has a very tough choice: Scattering Swing or Anvil of Doom?

Anvil of Doom: 1/encounter stun is pure gold.

Scattering Swing: AE damage+marking and a slide 1 and even push 1 on a miss are nice things to have.

The questions are:
a) Do you have other AE attacks/markers?
-- Do you need the control?
b) can someone else stun/encounter?
-- How many?

I'd go with Anvil of Doom b/c I like Come and Get It (E7 PHB) and Daring Shot (U6 PHH S1) for my AE marking and a stun is really tasty.
