The nature elemental is found in monstrous compendium volume 3,it's basically a algamagum of ALL the classic elements plus a spirit element. The were-dragon is a huminoid that can turn into a dragon-like creature that can breath fire.

Well, centaurs themselves could be Demiequus Homo (since they are supposedly half man, homo applies).

If we assume haponies and pegataurs are actually related to centaurs, we get Demiequus dimidietas and Demiequus avianus, respectively.
