I's either leave Zebrataurs unchanged or call them Demiequus quagga.

Displacer beasts would be Felis Incurvo.

I need more info on the others.
 

The confusion beast has a hard knob on the end of its tail that it uses to smack its target on the head to confuse it and make it a easier target.

Azer-dwarves pyronot?
They are like dwarves but have flames for hair.
Zozo-uqaliptus asimalatus!
They look like koala bears but they can asimalate the armor class of whatever they touch.

Well, since i started off with outsiders being "praeternaturalis", and I kinda jokingly cast dwarves as humanoid badgers here:
Mustelidae Erectus

In keeping with that, Azers could be Praeternaturalis pyromustelidae.

For the other critter, just use "Phascolarctos" as the genus name, and you're golden!
