Scifi Computer RPGs

Does anyone here now any good scifi computer rpgs that is not an MMO? Anything recently from the past 5 years. Looking for non-party type games like Knights of the Old Republic, character creation and development and good scifi tech+powers. I just do not like computer rpgs were you build or control a party like final fantasy or Planescape: Torment. I rather control one character through out the game.

Hmm... Mass Effect for console?

Other than that and the already mentioned KotOR, I'm not aware of much in the scifi range.

Currently playing Tabula Rasa, which would qualify other than that it is a MMO.

Space Hack? It's about the only SF computer RPG I can think of that isn't online. I don't think it qualifies as good though...

Space Rangers 2 is great. There is the problem that the main line of sidequests are all along the line of take this package to there within certain timeline. But there are also extremely great text-adventure style sidequests. It is quite humorous though. For example you are given a mission to take an ancient computer virus stored in an ancient disk to a museum or to be destroyed (don't remember which that was). The name of the virus is Windows .

Well, I do not know about last five years, other than what has already been mentioned (and Fallout, Fallout 2, and Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel are all certainly more than five years old), but Space Siege and Fallout 3 are currently in development.
