Scions of Suldek

borrowing and modifying from the doppelganger:

Change Shape (Su): Yash'Mortis can assume the shape of any humanoid. In humanoid form, Yash'Mortis loses his natural attacks. Yash'Mortis can remain in a humanoid form until he chooses to assume a new one. A change in form cannot be dispelled, nor does Yash'Mortis revert to his natural form when killed. A true seeing spell or ability reveals his natural form.

isn't that an automatic part of the change shape power?

COMBAT
Though Yash'Mortis has considerable combat power, he is not normally inclined to fight other creatures in melee. He is an expert in stealth and attacking unsuspecting victims. He will kill as many targets as he can before he is detected, only combating foes when he has the clear advantage. If he realized that he is truly facing any risk at all, he will depart as quickly as possible to plan again.

for this item, what makes the most sense? a pocket dimension perhaps? maybe the only way to get things in there is to use the charm to put them there, and then use it to retrieve them? it's like "ultimate bag of holding" ;)

"Charm of Summoning" (major artifact): (like a teleporter that brings any item he owns to him and returns things to his hiding place. if he has a large cache of weapons and other useful items, this would be very beneficial to him. sort of like a bag of holding extraordinaire.)

Dunno, but most creatures that have it list it on the Skills line anyway.

Yeah, I like the "ultimate bag of holding" idea.

"Pendant of Summoning" (major artifact): This amulet has the ability to transport items to and from a nondimensional space (much like that of a bag of holding). This space is believed to be at least a cubic mile, so the upper limits of what it can contain are unknown. Any item can be placed within the space by touching the pendant to it, as a standard action. Portions of large objects, volumes of liquids or gas, and a number of small objects can all be transported to the space (maximum volume of what per use?). Attended items can be placed within the space by making a successful touch attack against the bearer; the bearer can make a DC X Will save to retain the item. Living creatures cannot be placed within the space, nor can portable holes and bags of holding. Items can be retrieved from the nondimensional space by concentrating on them as a standard action.

do we list a caster level for artifacts?

Any item can be placed within the space by touching the pendant to it, as a standard action. The bearer can transport a maximum volume of 10 cubic feet per use of volumes of liquid or gas, chunks of a large object (such as a boulder), or a number of small objects that are touching each other (such as a pile of coins). Attended items can be placed within the space by making a successful touch attack against the bearer; if successful, the bearer must succeed on a DC 25 Will save to retain the item. Living creatures cannot be placed within the space, nor can portable holes and bags of holding. An item can be retrieved from the nondimensional space by concentrating on it as a standard action.

It depends. School, caster level and weight are the norm for minor artifacts, but major artifacts list none of these. So since yours is a major...no. :)
