Scotley's and Leif's Constables of the 14th Ward [3.5E D&D] [OOC 02]

I am going to take a little trip to the beach. I'll leave you in Leif's capable hands until Friday. I don't expect to have much opportunity to post until then.

"Temple? Oh, no, this didn't happen at a temple. There is a priest in the story, but no temple. Now, let me tune my lute and clear my throat...<ahem>"

OOC: Ok, I'm busted! Give me a day or two to write the flippin' song and I'll see what I can do. Sheesh, can't a DM get away with a little bluff now and then?

I figured we would only understand a few words here and there, so he'd have to tell us the story afterwards....

Leif, buddy: No need to write the song, all you have to tell us is what else, if anything, we learn about the story from hearing it. :)

Watched an interesting movie this weekend. The Gamers: Dorkness Rising. WOTC even got a credit. It's described as "A parody of fantasy films and the adventure gaming community". It's bad enough to be likable. I've never gamed with a group quite this bad, unless you count the basement game....

In whose basement was this game, if I may inquire?

Let's see, as far as what I remember, I seem to recall playing once or twice in JPZ's basement, but certainly not on a regular basis. We've played in Mowgli's basement the times we've played at his former house, but I'm not entirely sure if you were around for any of those games Lou.
