      Well, the three I have found are:
      SPOILER ALERT...
1) The ending where the group defeats Balrathion while remaining relatively unhurt and takes the Scourge to the downed Druid. Ariadne then shows up and almost takes the Scourge away until Lidda pushes her, causing Ariadne to lose her hand. Ariadne then vows that "this isn't over" and jumps off the "bridge". The Druid then tells the group that they must now look after the Scourge since his druids are dead and he is no longer worthy of guarding it. Afterward they leave, with Lidda complaining that she's owed "big time".
      I'm assuming that this is one of the "good" endings.
2) The ending where the group defeats Balrathion but are badly injured themselves. They take the Scourge to the downed Druid, when Ariadne shows up and kills the Druid. She then fights and kills both Regdar and Mialee, and tells a badly-wounded Lidda that she'd better get crawling if she wants to escape the beholder that's going to wake up "any time now". Ariadne then leaves with the Scourge, while Lidda crawls to a dead Mialee as the beholder can be heard coming closer.
      This one is undoubtedly a "bad" ending.
3) The ending where a dragon (I think) is unleashed, and Ariadne's voice could be heard saying something like "It's not quite what I expected, but it'll do!"
      I can't remember the other details of this ending as I've only reached it once, and for the life of me I can't seem to retrace my path to it. Still, I'm assuming that this is the other "bad" ending.
      Could you please tell me how to reach ending #3 again, as well as how to reach the #4 ending that I can't seem to find?

Four endings:
1. At the end, pick "Attack Barathion" -- you'll get the semi-happy ending where Barathion dies but the Scourge is saved.
2. At the End, pick "Reason with Barathion". Everyone dies but Lidda, and the bad guy gets the Scourge.
3. (IIRC) Take Lidda's suggestions on everything; requires a specific choice when you first confront Ariadne. At the end, you get the option "Steal the Key" which results in a generally unhappy ending (but fun!)
4. Support Barathion in everything. Never join Rayne (and don't die at any point). You'll need to get a specific bit of info from Ariadne. At the end, you'll get a "Tell Batathion the Truth" option. This is the happy ending you've been looking for.
Four endings:
