Depends what you are calling the "main page". If you are talking about the ENWorld main page (http://www.d20reviews.com or http://www.enworld.org) then, you are correct. But, none of the forums have direct link there, so that's no indication.

If you mean the messageboard main page (http://www.enworld.org/messageboards.index.php) then there is a link to the Meta Forum, and has been all along.
