Searching for an armor from one of the splatbooks.

Hello!

I don´t have the books here so I´ll have to ask you all:
I remember that one of the books contains one, and it was an armor with an Haste effect on it.
From wich book was it, and what does it cost, and what type of armor is it?
I need as much information as possible about this armor.

It's the Speed ability from the Defenders of the Faith. In it's original form it was a +3 ability that have you a permanent haste while you wore the armor.

It was later errata'd in Sage Advice to only give you 10 rounds of Haste per day, like the Boots of Speed.

Which led to many DMs scouring the book trying to find the punchline... because surely it had to be a joke... a +4 Haste bonus to AC for the price of a +3 enhancement bonus to AC (with the little side effect of an extra partial action every round for good measure).
