Searching for d20 3.5 Pantheon supplement

I am currently looking for a supplement detailing an fantasy pantheon, and if possible holy warriors for them. I would prefer it be updated to 3.5, or use 3.5 natively. I have The Book of the Righteous, however their holy warrior is still 3.0. I know Green Ronin plans to update this class in the future, but don't know when.

Pdf or print does not matter, just would like an idea of what is out there.

wotc has Deities and Demigods which details all their Gods and a few from Egypt and Rome

FR has one too- although the name escapes me right now (I think it is Faith and Pantheon)

The best two independent sources are 3.0. The afore-mentioned Book of the Righteous, and Pantheons by Mystic Eye Games. Updating them yourself isn't all that hard.
